Mario Phillips, a high school biology teacher, has his life is turned upside down when he tells Erica, his wife of 10 years that he is quitting medical school to become an actor. Erica is infuriated to find out this news, so she tells him that she is leaving him and taking their daughter Cameron.

His close friend  Derrick, the real estate agent/radio personality, is also caught up in a dilemma with his side chick Keisha who threatens to destroy Derrick's world.  In the end,  Mario and Derrick turn to Mario's brother Paul, who is a drug dealer for assistance, and this starts an emotional roller coaster of drama which ultimately ends up connecting them with the Queen Pin Malkia. 

Once they get involved in  Malkia's world, it ends up deadly.

FESTIVAL Comedy division.  What an honor.

In Atlanta, Georgia, people will do a lot of things for money.  Checkout the movie SINGLE IN THE ATL 2 to see what Storm, Chase and Melvin will do to pay their rent. This movie will take you on a comedic journey through the lives of Storm Brooks, Chase Stallone and Melvin Smith. 

Ms. Byrd, their landlord, informs them that they have until the 15th of the month to get the money before she evicts them. Their best friend Melvin Jones, who always gets them involved in his ‘get rich quick’ schemes, comes up with a few bright ideas to help them get the rent money.

After Melvin tries all of his ridiculous schemes, his love interest Melanie, Ms. Byrd’s daughter, suggests that they should play the 5 million dollar lottery. Reluctantly, they unanimously decide to buy a few lottery tickets together and share their winnings. Tune in to see if they become millionaires or end up homeless in the ATL.

Storm Brooks meets a beautiful girl named Camille, and they develop chemistry. He ends up sleeping with her and promises to call her on Saturday. However, he forgets that he is scheduled to show up for his friend Rock’s bachelor party on Saturday. So, he lets his boys Chase and Ed persuade him into blowing off Camille and attending the bachelor party. 

What he doesn’t realize is that Camille is actually his new boss. When he shows up for work Monday morning, he is shocked to see Camille, and HELL has no fury like a woman's scorn. From this point, she launches a campaign to destroy Storm's life.
